Job summary

Adani Group's manufacturing division seeks a Production Manager to supervise shift operations in a semiconductor/solar manufacturing environment. You will ensure safety, monitor throughput, and drive continuous improvements on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include implementing 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, leading QCC and cost-reduction projects, and preparing MIS reports; training operators and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical
• 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor or solar manufacturing, with experience in printing and equipment operation / other PCB manufacturing
• Strong safety mindset and ability to lead shift teams

IMS:

• Implement 5S, Kaizen, and Poka Yoke for safety, oversee daily checks and machine readiness as per SOPs.

Quality Assurance and Improvement:

• Lead QCC, cost reduction projects for operational enhancements, monitor product quality adherence to specifications.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Collect production data, analyze trends, and prepare MIS reports for management insights.

Training and Management:

• Train and manage operators and promote safe practices on the shop floor.
