Job Summary

The Deputy Manager will support senior management in overseeing day‑to‑day operations and administrative functions. The role involves ensuring smooth facility operations, staff coordination, compliance with policies, and maintaining high service standards within hospital/hospitality or operations‑driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities.
  • Oversee administrative functions including facility management, housekeeping, security, and front office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations.
  • Monitor staff attendance, productivity, duty rosters, and discipline.
  • Handle escalations, service issues, and operational challenges effectively.
  • Prepare operational reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and inventory management activities.
  • Ensure quality service delivery and customer/patient satisfaction.
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance‑related activities.
