Job summary

Adani Group seeks a senior leader to define and drive the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy across governance, BI, and AI. You will own the data roadmap, architect modern lakehouse platforms, and steer data quality initiatives.

The role requires deep experience in cloud-native ecosystems and enterprise data platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams in data engineering, BI, and data science, foster innovation, and manage vendor ecosystems to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 15–20+ years of overall IT experience.
• Proven experience in Data & Analytics with at least one enterprise-grade platform implementation.
• Strong expertise in Azure or GCP-based data and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the overall data roadmap covering data governance, analytics, BI, and AI initiatives.
• Architect and implement cloud-native data ecosystems using Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
• Design and build scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Develop and manage modern lakehouse architectures and enterprise data platforms.
• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and standards.
• Drive Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality initiatives across business functions.
• Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, and insights using Power BI.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives leveraging Azure ML, Vertex AI, and Databricks MLFlow.
• Enable advanced analytics and predictive insights for business stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across data engineering, BI, data science, and data governance.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and best practices within the data organization.
• Drive and manage partner and vendor ecosystems to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
