Job summary

SeeCubic in India is seeking a detail-oriented team member to perform all required departmental tasks and ensure correct handling of files according to standards. You will back up files, follow delivery specs, and maintain safety compliance when handling client assets.

Job description

• Perform all necessary work associated with the required department.

• Ensure all files are saved, backed up and handled per all established procedures.

• Adhere to all delivery specs based on shows. File/character/layer/etc, naming conventions without exception.

• Adhere to all established safety requirements to ensure the safe handling of our client's assets.

• Complete all necessary checklists to ensure process and job completion accuracy.

• Take creative help from team lead/Supervisor or fellow team mate as required.

• Maintain positive attitude even during period of difficult work.

• Provide regular work in progress update to team lead and production.

• Ensure all notes are addressed in an efficient and timely manner.

• Review all personal work and contributions to a combined file, always aiming to improve quality towards client requirement.

• Present work in dailies on a regular basis.

• Always participation in team meetings, production meetings as required.

• Always request time off an early/timely basis per HR and department's requirements.
