About the Opportunity

Our clinics are equipped with digital imaging, CAD/CAM, and pain-free treatment protocols-focused on elevating clinical outcomes and patient experience through evidence-based dentistry and compassionate care.
Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions including caries, pulpitis, periodontal disease, and malocclusion with precision and empathy.
- Perform routine and advanced procedures: fillings, extractions, root canals, crown placements, and denture fittings.
- Utilize digital tools (intraoral scanners, CBCT, OPG) to enhance diagnosis accuracy and patient communication.
- Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to maintain sterile, efficient, and patient-friendly clinical workflows.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment recovery with tailored counseling.
- Maintain accurate digital patient records and ensure compliance with clinical safety and regulatory standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- BDS and MDS with valid RCI registration
- 3+ years clinical experience in multi-specialty or general dentistry
- Proficiency in operative dentistry, endodontics, and prosthetics
- Familiarity with digital diagnostics: CBCT, OPG, intraoral cameras
- Experience with dental software: practice management systems, EMR
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills
- Preferred
- Exposure to cosmetic dentistry or implantology
- Knowledge of infection control protocols (CDC/WHO standards)
- Experience in a corporate or multi-clinic setup
