Job summary

Miros Hotels & Resorts in India seeks an experienced CDP to lead a kitchen station, prepare Indian cuisine, and ensure recipes and portions meet standards.

You will supervise Commis Chefs, maintain hygiene per HACCP, control food cost, and work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management or relevant field.
• 3-5 years hotel or restaurant kitchen experience, with at least 2 years as CDP.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present multi-cuisine dishes to the highest standards.
• Manage a specific kitchen section under guidance of the Sous Chef.
• Ensure food production follows recipes, quality standards, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety per HACCP.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Check and maintain stock levels and requisition supplies.
• Monitor preparation and presentation for consistency.

Requirements:
