Persistent Systems in Pune, India is seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Architect to architect, design, and implement scalable integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.

You will lead cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise integrations, define API frameworks, enforce security and governance, and mentor delivery teams across global projects.

• 12 to 15 years of overall IT experience with Enterprise Application Integration and Middleware
• Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere Platform
• Proven experience leading multiple enterprise-scale Boomi implementations

Job description

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise integration solutions using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform.
• Lead integration initiatives across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise systems.
• Define enterprise integration strategies, API frameworks, and reusable integration patterns.
• Design and implement scalable integrations between business applications, databases, SaaS platforms, and external systems.
• Lead API Management initiatives including API design, security, governance, lifecycle management, and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to integration development teams.
• Design secure integration frameworks using encryption, authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise integration environments.
• Establish integration standards, coding guidelines, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, application owners, and project teams to define integration requirements.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical assessments.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support full project lifecycle activities including estimation, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Create and maintain integration architecture documents, technical specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor integration developers and support capability building within the integration practice.
