Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru hires a Delivery Operations Analyst to support Intelligent Finance Operations with financial analysis and data collection. You will collect operational data, run reports, and reconcile transactions to aid the financial close process.

The role covers journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, and ensuring compliance with IFRS/US GAAP. You will work with SAP, Oracle, Workday, and RPA, and collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Controlling teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance Operations / RTR domain.
• Graduation in any field.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/Workday/Blackline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations and consolidations.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements in line with IFRS/US GAAP.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions and accruals.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure SOX/compliance.

What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Key Responsibilities of RTR Role Financial Close & Reporting Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidations. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP. General Ledger & Accounting Oversee GL accounting, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and accruals. Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies. Audit & Compliance Coordinate with internal/external auditors. Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements. Process Improvement Drive automation and efficiency using tools like SAP, Oracle, Workday, Blackline, RPA. Implement best practices for RTR processes. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor a team of accountants. Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Controlling Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involve the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.
