Job summary

Accenture Bengaluru invites a Delivery Lead Senior Manager to helm the Record To Report function, driving accuracy in balance sheet reconciliations and timely financial closes. You will mentor teams, coordinate with Finance and Compliance, and ensure SOX controls are observed in line with global standards.

The role demands CA/CA Inter with 16–25 years of experience, deep domain knowledge in R2R, and a track record of leading large, multi-functional groups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or CA Inter with extensive experience in R2R.
• 16–25 years of experience in finance operations.
• Expertise in balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility.
• The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility.
• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
• Should have latitude in decision‑making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
