Job summary

Anplify Services Private Limited in Delhi seeks a Delivery Lead with 7–10 years of independent customer account experience to join the senior leadership team. You will guide a 10–15 member analyst group and drive investment banking operations and client deliverables.

The role requires MBA (Finance/Strategy) or CFA (USA) or equivalent, strong report writing and communication with CEOs and banks, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualification:

Work Experience:

7 to 10 years of demonstrable work experience (sound academic credentials and related work experience) of handling customer accounts independently

Role summary:

We are looking for a bright and energetic individual to join our team for the Delivery Lead role. This is an opportunity to be part of the senior leadership team of a growing company.

Ideal candidate should:

• Be a self-starter, who can make sense out of ambiguity
• Have an initiative driven approach; someone who need not be told what to do, but who can come up with ideas on their own
• Possess a calm demeanour and ability to handle pressure situations
• Have ability to communicate with CEOs effectively and investment bankers from large companies and investment banks
• Have the ability to lead a team of 10-15 analysts
• Possess superior report writing, communication and presentation skills
• Have good understanding of accounts, financial statements, and valuation methodologies
• Possess a strong eye for detail and ability to multitask
• Be willing to work in situations that will entail tight deadlines
• Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities, ability to drive initiatives and take difficult decisions.

Managerial Responsibilities:

• To lead a part of investment banking support business operations for a growing team of analysts and associates
• To train / educate new / junior team members on operation procedures and policies
• Support recruitment by interviewing potential new team members

Business Development:

• Actively participate in the overall strategy of the organization
• Actively pursue business opportunities & establish relationships with global clients
• Participate in deal pursuits, collateral preparation, and other business development activities

Operations:

• Develop investment pro-forma & financial models; research & analyse financial data; develop financial & narrative reports & prepare comparable analyses
• Conduct research, analyse information obtained from various channels and prepare valuation reports
• Review the work of team members to make sure that it is client ready
• Interact with investments professionals overseas and act as a point of contact for clients
