The Modern Data Company is redefining data management with DataOS, the first operating system for data. We are seeking a Delivery Head to oversee end-to-end data and AI project delivery, reporting to senior leadership, and driving initiatives with a strong client focus.

You will lead delivery operations, drive automation, and mentor high-performing teams while collaborating with product, engineering, and sales to align delivery with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in delivery leadership for data/AI projects with client-facing exposure.
• Proven ability to scale teams, manage margins, and improve utilization.
• Expertise in data/AI product thinking and cross-functional alignment.

About the Role:

As the Delivery Head, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of data and AI projects within Client Technology.Reportingtoseniorleadership, you will drive strategic initiatives with agood understandingoftheclient'srequirements.This role demands a blend of technical acumen, leadership prowess, customer-centric thinking, and deep business analyticalexpertise.

Responsibility:

• Lead Delivery Operations : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data and AI projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining high quality standards.
  
• Drive Automation and Innovation : Identify opportunities for process automation, implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, and integrate AI-driven tools to streamline delivery workflows.
  
• Team Growth and Development : Build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams, focusing on people's development through coaching, performance management, and skill-building programs to foster a culture of excellence.
• Customer Engagement : Act as a key client interface, demonstrating deep customer savvy to understand needs, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed objectives.
  
• Performance Optimization : Monitor and improve key metrics such as project margins, resource utilization, and team productivity; implement strategies to grow the delivery team while enhancing profitability.
• Strategic Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales) to align delivery with business goals, incorporating data/AI product thinking to influence roadmap and innovation.
  
• Best Practices & Compliance : Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance and security and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in delivery leadership roles within data, AI, or technology services, with at least 5 years demonstrating strong customer savvy in client-facing environments.
  
• Proven track record of handling large-scale project deliveries and growing teams, with a focus on improving margins, utilization rates, and overall operational efficiency.
  
• Strong expertise in data/AI product thinking , including experience with AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, and product lifecycle management.
  
• Demonstrated success in automation and innovation , such as implementing robotic process automation (RPA), AI-driven tools, or efficiency-enhancing technologies.
  
• Exceptional business analytical skills: structured problem definition, blending deep business acumen to translate complex data into actionable, evidence-based business recommendations and outcomes.
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities; the ability to thrive in a collaborative, innovative culture.
