Job summary

GRPL India in Agra is hiring Delivery Associate for a full-time role. Freshers are welcome to apply. You will use your own two-wheeler to deliver parcels across Agra district, including Fatehabad, Kiraoli, Bah, and Etmadpur, with a valid license.

You can earn up to ₹25,000 per month plus delivery incentives. Training and route guidance are provided, with one weekly off and local shifts managed by the Agra hub.

Responsibilities

• Start each shift at the Agra hub and load parcels bound for Kiraoli and Bah.
• Deliver to homes, shops and offices across Bah, Etmadpur and Agra city wards.
• Record failed delivery attempts with reason codes and reattempt in next slot.
• Collect return parcels from customers and hand back to hub the same day.

• Salary: Up to INR 25,000 per month (fixed + delivery incentives, as per station policy)
• Qualification: 12th (Intermediate) pass – freshers welcome
• Vehicle: Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving licence
• Openings: Multiple – bulk hiring
• Hiring Company: GRPL India
• Start each shift at the Agra hub: scan, sort and load parcels bound for Kiraoli and Bah.
• Deliver to homes, shops and offices across Bah, Etmadpur and the Agra city wards.
• Record failed attempts honestly with reason codes and reattempt in the next slot.
• Collect return parcels from customers around Fatehabad and hand them back to the hub same day.

Who should apply

• Minimum Intermediate pass; first-job candidates from Agra are encouraged to apply.
• Your own motorcycle or scooty in good condition – papers must be current.
• Two-wheeler DL is compulsory; learner licence is not accepted.
• Working Android mobile with internet plus Aadhaar, PAN and savings account.
• Age 18 to 40 – local knowledge of Kiraoli to Etmadpur roads helps you earn more incentives.
