Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Drive the delivery of In-Country & regional projects for Infrastructure, upstream/downstream interfacing systems.
2. Installation & Troubleshooting of windows operating systems (7/8/10).
3. Configure & troubleshoot email related issues (Outlook) and related O365 products.
4. Basic troubleshooting knowledge on networking (LAN/WAN).
5. Local & network printer configuration and troubleshooting.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents (Hardware and Software) related to desktop and associated peripherals.
7. Windows image creation and installation.
8. Adding new workgroup machines into the company domain.
9. Basic knowledge on domain controller & group policy.

Requirements

1. 2 to 4 years of experience in troubleshooting hardware and network-related problems.
2. L1 support for Active Directory.
3. Knowledge of agent antivirus installation.
4. Serve as the topmost escalation point for all Windows desktop/laptop users.
5. Create and maintain technical knowledge base documents for standard operating procedures.
6. Create and standardize hardware compatibility lists.
7. Plan, install, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless networks.
8. Restore crashed operating systems and recover lost data from corrupt/damaged hard drives.
9. Create & manage technical system procedure documentation and ensure it is updated and current.
