Job summary

Capgemini is seeking immediate joiners for SAP BW4HANA/DataSphere expertise to design and implement analytics data flows within LSA++ architectures. The role focuses on end-to-end data modeling, data loads optimization, and proactive issue resolution.

Strong English communication, customer-focused attitude and ability to work autonomously are required; exposure to hyperscaler integrations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have >1 year hands-on Datasphere experience.
• Experience with Space, Replication flow, Data builder and Business builder, Business content, Housekeeping.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to design analytics data models.
• Experience in building end-to-end data flows.
• Experience in fixing day-to-day data issues and data load optimization.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end data flows from source to BI layer.
• Troubleshoot batch failures and data issues; identify and fix root causes.
• Optimize data loads and ensure reliable ETL/ELT processes.
• Collaborate on analytics solutions in reporting portfolios (finance, billing).

4+ years of professional experience with solutions on SAP BW4HANA / Native HANA /BW in LSA++ architecture (graphical/scripted Calculation Views, CDS Views)

• Must have more than a year of Hands-on experience in Datasphere. Experienced with Space, Replication flow, Data builder and Business builder, Business content, Housekeeping activity etc.
• Experience and ability to grasp functional knowledge in areas covered by reporting portfolio (finance, billing) spacing from analysis to solution deployment.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on designs to cover analytics data models
• Experience in building end to end data flows.
• Experience in fixing day to day issues such as batch failures, identify , analyze and fix data issues etc
• Experience in optimization of data loads.
• Experience in both projects implementation and operate analytics applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer-focused, highly autonomous, proactive and with attention to details
• Advanced communication and multicultural skills.
