We’re looking for a Database Reliability Engineer (DRE) to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll work on building and operating scalable, cloud-native data platforms that power both transactional and analytical applications. What You’ll Do

• Partner with engineering teams to design, provision, and manage reliable database infrastructure.
• Build and operate cloud-based, highly available, distributed database solutions.
• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of large-scale data systems.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Collaborate on database monitoring, backups, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ 5+ years of experience as a DBA/DBE/DRE with expertise in at least one major RDBMS (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• ✅ Experience provisioning and managing NoSQL databases at scale (DynamoDB, Redis, MongoDB).
• ✅ Strong background in cloud-based distributed systems with large datasets.
• ✅ Hands‑on expertise with AWS services (RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).
• ✅ Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
