Job summary

Cerebra, a payroll services provider, is hiring a Software Engineer Database Developer in Bangalore with 5+ years of experience. You will craft database scripts, troubleshoot MariaDB/MySQL issues, and automate tasks using Perl, Python, and shell scripting.

Must-have: Perl, Python, Linux shell scripting, MySQL/MariaDB, and database development. Nice-to-have: Jira, Confluence, Git, Perforce, Helix Swarm, Cisco CDET. Immediate/short notice preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Perl, Python and Linux shell scripting.
• 5+ years of MySQL/MariaDB database development experience.
• Troubleshoot MariaDB script failures and defects.
• Design Perl/Python/Shell scripts for database operations.
• Modify and enhance existing database scripts.
• Test scripts across different product versions.
• Analyze and resolve database-related scripting issues.
