In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Data Specialist, this role focuses on supporting Data Managed Services through operational delivery. The Data Specialist ensures the stability, performance, and reliability of data pipelines, bringing practical operational awareness to diagnose and resolve runtime issues.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Data Pipeline Monitoring: Performing structured monitoring of data pipelines to ensure stability and performance.
Troubleshooting Issues: Diagnosing and resolving runtime issues within production environments through controlled remediation.
Operational Maintenance: Maintaining the ongoing operational continuity and reliability of the data ecosystem, complementing Data Engineers in their responsibilities.
