JOB TITLE: Data Solutions & Governance Team [Senior Associate] – Corporate Investment Bank

The Data Solutions & Governance team is responsible for servicing our businesses and stakeholders with innovative data analytics tools for decision making and control environment designs to help mitigate operational risk.

With a focus on innovation, efficiency and risk group is responsible for developing core performance metrics and solutions to improve operational healthiness of running our business.

In this role you will be facing different challenges such as

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate complex problems into measurable, data-driven solutions.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to produce actionable insights, performance metrics, and leadership updates (e.g., dashboards, recurring MI, one-pagers).
• Synthesize and communicate insights to senior audiencesthrough clear, concise storytelling and executive-ready materials (e.g., readouts, dashboards, one-pagers), including recommendations and key risks/issues
• Design, build, and enhance metrics and reporting solutions (tactical and strategic), improving accuracy, transparency, and usability.
• Manage initiatives end-to-end (planning, delivery, risks/issues, stakeholder updates, and escalation as needed).
• Build strong working relationships across teams to enable effective day-to-day collaboration.

What do we ask for this position?

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related roles within financial services.
• Strong understanding of the investment banking environment and ability to connect data to business outcomes.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders (written and verbal).
• Strong ownership mindset; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to understand system/data flows and derive business insights.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools and/or programming, such as SQL and Python (and/or R), plus Tableau/Power BI/Alteryx (or equivalent).
