Alignerr is seeking a Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training) to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems from a remote, hourly contract position. You will apply hands-on DLP controls, data classification, and security operations to shape how AI reasons about sensitive information exposure, detection, and prevention.

The role focuses on analyzing data security scenarios across cloud and enterprise environments, with responsibilities to classify data, review prevention/detection

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, or security operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy or regulatory concepts (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Practical understanding of how data risk plays out in real enterprise environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments.

What You'll Do
