We are looking for Data Scientist , Immediate Joiners where the role requires hands‑on experience in designing, building, and deploying intelligent systems using Databricks, Azure services, and LLM‑based frameworks, along with the ability to rapidly experiment through vibe coding while maintaining production‑quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy traditional machine learning models such as regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting solutions.
• Build and operationalize Generative AI and Agentic AI workflows using Large Language Models and orchestration frameworks like OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph.
• Develop intelligent AI agents and pipelines that integrate with enterprise systems.
• Manage the complete ML lifecycle using MLflow, Databricks Model Registry, and Unity Catalog.
• Work extensively on the Databricks platform for data processing, experimentation, and model deployment.
• Build AI‑powered analytics and conversational insights using Databricks AI BI Genie.
• Design and deploy backend AI services using the Python Flask framework hosted on Azure App Service.
• Create and manage enterprise copilots and conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Use GitHub and Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions while following engineering best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• The candidate must have strong proficiency in Python and SQL as the primary programming languages. A solid understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts is mandatory for building scalable and maintainable systems. The role requires hands‑on experience with traditional machine learning techniques, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• The candidate must be proficient with the Databricks platform, including MLflow for experiment tracking, Databricks Model Registry for model lifecycle management, and Unity Catalog for governance and access control. Experience with Databricks AI BI Genie is required for building AI‑driven analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with LangGraph for agent orchestration and Python Flask for backend service development is mandatory. The role also requires experience deploying applications using Azure App Service and building conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps is required for source control, CI/CD, and collaborative development workflows.

Good to Have

• Strong skills in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) with the ability to write optimized and efficient code.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and analytical reporting.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams including data engineering, analytics, product, and business stakeholders.
