Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Data Scientists and Quantitative Professionals to support an AI project focused on improving how models handle statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and quantitative reasoning.

You’ll evaluate AI-generated outputs, create expert-level data science tasks, and provide rigorous feedback to improve model performance, with strong analytical judgment and excellent written communication. Based in an English-speaking country.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience at a top company in technology, finance, research, or related field.
• Relevant experience within the past 7 years.
• Strong knowledge of Python, ML, statistics, data analysis, experimentation, pandas, and data modeling.
• Strong ability to evaluate quantitative reasoning and statistical methodology.
• Excellent written communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
• Based in an English-speaking country.
