Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.

- Monitor model performance, conduct regular evaluations, and recommend improvements.
- Document methodologies and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib).
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in a data science or data analytics role.
- Proven track record of implementing machine learning or predictive analytics projects in a business environment.
- Experience working with large-scale data systems and distributed computing environments preferred.
