Job summary

NR Consulting is seeking an AI/ML Engineer based at our Bengaluru office. The role focuses on designing and building AI-enabled applications and systems using cloud AI services and on‑prem pipelines, with production readiness and GenAI integration.

You will work with deep learning, neural networks, NLP, chatbots, and image processing to deliver scalable AI solutions. Collaboration across teams and mentoring will be expected to grow capabilities and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of generative AI models and practical applications in real‑world solutions.
• Familiarity with deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
• Ability to design scalable AI pipelines that are production‑ready and reliable.

Responsibilities

• SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
