Job summary

• Design and implement end-to-end ML models tailored for business problems (e.g., Demand Forecasting, Price Optimization, Customer Lifetime Value, Churn Prediction, Personalization, and Market Basket Analysis).
• Translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to deploy models into production environments.
• Analyze high-dimensional datasets to discover hidden patterns and drive measurable business impact.
• Mentor junior team members and communicate technical insights clearly to key executive stakeholders.

While experience in the Retail business domain is preferred, candidates with strong core Data Science expertise across other verticals are also encouraged to apply. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn high-volume data into actionable business strategies and scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ML models tailored for business problems (e.g., Demand Forecasting, Price Optimization, Customer Lifetime Value, Churn Prediction, Personalization, and Market Basket Analysis).
• Translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to deploy models into production environments.
• Analyze high-dimensional datasets to discover hidden patterns and drive measurable business impact.
• Mentor junior team members and communicate technical insights clearly to key executive stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 6 to 12 years in core Data Science. Domain experience in Retail is strongly preferred, but open to strong candidates from other domains (e.g., E-commerce, Supply Chain, BFSI, Healthcare).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• ML & Statistical Modeling: Hands‑on experience with supervised/unsupervised algorithms, time‑series forecasting, statistical modeling, and A/B testing.
• Cloud & Big Data: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with Spark or Databricks for handling large datasets.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
