Job summary

Spectrum Consulting is seeking experienced Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Transformation Consultants to join its client engagement team in Bangalore, India on a full-time, on-site basis with occasional Southeast Asia travel. You will architect, build, and deploy advanced ML models, generative AI solutions, and enterprise data analytics for complex client engagements.

As a Data Scientist, AI Engineer & Transformation Consultant supporting Spectrum Consulting in Bangalore, India, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of AI solution delivery, data engineering pipelines, digital transformation consulting, and client stakeholder management across mission-critical enterprise engagements. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and generative AI solutions, building, optimizing, and maintaining robust data engineering pipelines, data lakes, and analytics platforms, leading client-facing transformation workshops, defining data and AI roadmaps, and advising C-suite stakeholders on enterprise technology adoption, executing short-term onsite visits and technical advisory engagements across client locations in Southeast Asia, collaborating closely with cross-functional software engineering, data science, product, and executive stakeholder squads in Agile sprint cycles, conducting rigorous model evaluation, performance tuning, and root cause analysis (RCA) across large-scale datasets, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of architecture blueprints, AI model specs, and operational runbooks, and managing application requirements.

Key Responsibilities
