Primary Title: Data Scientist

Location: India (On-site)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate end-to-end predictive models and ML solutions for business use cases—classification, regression, and time-series forecasting.
• Perform feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and statistical inference to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines and model training workflows using Python and Spark; ensure reproducibility and versioning.
• Deploy and monitor models in production; implement CI/CD and observability for model performance and data drift.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define success metrics and integrate models into applications and dashboards.
• Document model design, assumptions, and validation results; present insights and technical recommendations to non-technical audiences.
