Job summary

ExlService Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced data/ML engineer to develop GenAI-driven solutions. You will work with Python, SQL/NoSQL, Spark and ML algorithms to build scalable AI services on cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with programming (Python/SQL/NoSQL/Spark) and ML tools and cloud technologies.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms for structured and unstructured data systems.
• Experience with GenAI/LLM tools (LangChain, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, multi-modal LLMs, fine-tuning).
• Experience in building FastAPI-based services and Dockerized deployments.
• Experience building production-grade GenAI solutions.
• Familiarity with multi-agent architectures and orchestration.
• Exposure to enterprise analytics/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools).
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams for AI-driven solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain GenAI-driven AI solutions and services.
• Develop FastAPI-based APIs and deploy with Docker.
• Work with LangChain, embeddings and vector databases for LLM integration.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver AI features in dashboards and apps.
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for scalable ML workloads.
• Design and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for analytics and AI.
