Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience building ML models (classification, regression, clustering).
• Strong SQL and data wrangling skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to MLOps and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy ML models (classification, regression, clustering) to solve core business problems across marketing, risk, and operations.
• Translate KPIs into data-driven hypotheses, build feature sets, and validate models with statistical rigor and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with engineering to productionize models using MLOps pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Develop dashboards and visualisations (Power BI/Tableau) to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders with storytelling.
• Perform EDA, clean data, and engineer scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Stay current with ML techniques (LLMs, NLP, time-series) and propose innovation pilots aligned with business goals.
