Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Data Science Manager / Lead AI Scientist to drive innovation and lead end-to-end development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in GenAI, machine learning, NLP, and computer vision, with a proven track record of delivering impactful, production-grade solutions in a complex enterprise environment such as aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models, including GenAI multi-agent systems, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines.
• Architect scalable machine learning pipelines using Azure, Databricks, and cloud-native tools (AWS/Azure).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, business, and product teams to define data strategies and translate complex problems into AI-powered solutions.
• Mentor and manage junior data scientists, establish training programs, and lead performance evaluations and sprint planning.
• Present strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to C-level executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Implement and optimize MLOps, CI CI/CD pipelines, and model governance practices.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML tools for computer vision, NLP, and hybrid recommender systems with high accuracy and business value.
• Lead R&D efforts to explore innovative technologies such as LLMs, knowledge graphs, CNNs/RNNs for CFD, and prompt engineering.
• Contribute to the organization’s IP portfolio through patents, publications, and conference presentations.
• Ensure best practices in model validation, testing, and deployment while complying with AI ethics and fairness guidelines.
