Job summary

Brillio is seeking highly motivated Data Science graduates from IITs with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to solve real-world business challenges using advanced analytics, ML, and Generative AI. You will work across the AI lifecycle—from data discovery and model development to deployment and monitoring—with a focus on production-ready solutions.

Applicants should have strong Python/SQL skills, experience with ML/DL frameworks, and familiarity with MLOps tools.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech from IITs in CS/AI/ML/Data Science/Statistics/Math or related fields.
• 1-3 years hands-on Data Science, ML, or AI experience.
• Experience delivering models into production environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models for predictive analytics, forecasting, recommendations, NLP, and classification.
• Build and optimize feature engineering pipelines.
• Implement model monitoring, retraining, and evaluation frameworks.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines and enterprise AI assistants.
• Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for enterprise use cases.

The role involves working across the complete AI lifecycle, from data discovery and model development to deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Learning & AI Solutions

• Develop and deploy ML models for predictive analytics, forecasting, recommendation systems, NLP, and classification problems.


• Build and optimize feature engineering pipelines.


• Implement model monitoring, retraining, and performance evaluation frameworks.

Generative AI & LLM Applications

• Design and implement RAG pipelines and enterprise AI assistants.


• Work with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.


• Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for enterprise use cases.

Analytics & Business Insights

• Translate business problems into analytical solutions.


• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling.


• Create actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.

Production AI Systems

• Deploy AI/ML workloads on Azure, AWS, or GCP.


• Work with MLOps tools such as MLFlow, Kubeflow, Databricks, or Vertex AI.


• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product teams to operationalize models.

Required Qualifications

Education

Experience

• 1-3 years of hands-on Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI experience.


• Experience delivering models into production environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.


• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.


• Experience with Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost.


• Strong understanding of Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, and Experiment Design.


• Experience handling structured and unstructured data.

Preferred Skills

• Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG.


• Databricks, Spark, MLFlow.


• Vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
