Job summary

ADA is seeking a Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will work on predictive modeling, data cleaning, and feature engineering across large datasets, applying NLP and deep learning techniques.

Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable models. You will monitor performance and optimize models, leveraging cloud platforms for production workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/DS/Statistics/Math or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in ML/AI projects.
• Experience with large datasets and real-world business problems.

• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis on large structured and unstructured datasets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to design, develop, and deploy scalable data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in building predictive models, analyzing large datasets, and applying AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and AI solutions for business problems.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Build predictive models using techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and deep learning.
• Deploy models into production using MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously optimize and retrain models.
• Work with cloud platforms and big data tools for scalable data processing.
• Present insights and recommendations using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
