Job summary

Nisource Technologies in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Lead Data Scientist to architect and deliver production‑scale ML solutions. You will own end‑to‑end ML pipelines on Azure and Databricks, drive MLOps practices, and mentor a growing team of data scientists and ML engineers.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, deep model governance, and collaboration with DevOps for reliable deployment. You will deploy models with AKS, use MLflow for experimentation, and build scalable infrastructures

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Lead or technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Azure and Databricks.
• Hands‑on experience with MLOps and MLflow.
• Strong knowledge of AKS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Experience in ML Engineering and production model deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with RAG and related AI/ML technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).

Responsibilities
