Job summary

Auxia Inc. is building an Agentic Customer Journey Orchestration Platform, applying AI to engage and retain customers. The Data Scientist will lead innovations at the intersection of recommender systems, causal inference, reinforcement learning, and LLM-based personalization, shaping experiences for millions of end users.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, translate cutting-edge research into production systems, and mentor teams while delivering real-world impact and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• M.Tech/PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, ML or related field.
• 10+ years of experience building and deploying production ML systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in personalisation, ranking, recommendation, causal inference and transformers.
• Strong applied experience with LLMs, RAG, information retrieval and reinforcement learning.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• M.Tech/PhD or related course in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience building and deploying production ML systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in personalisation, ranking, recommendation, causal inference, and transformers.
• Mastery of PyTorch / TensorFlow / JAX, and the Python data ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy).
• Strong applied experience with LLMs, RAG, information retrieval, and reinforcement learning.
• Strong product sense, with the ability to balance research depth and real‑world impact.
• An entrepreneurial, ownership‑driven mindset — the ability to ship, iterate, and scale models fast.
