Job summary

Impetus in Bengaluru, India seeks a data science/ML expert to design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines, including model development, tuning, deployment, and MLOps. The role focuses on transformer-based models, PyTorch, and LLM-based solutions with retrieval augmented generation to solve real business problems.

You will work closely with product and business teams to translate data insights into actionable analytics, present results to diverse stakeholders, and stay ahead of AI research

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python, Scikit-Learn, Transformer architectures and PyTorch.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines including deployment and MLOps.
• Hands-on experience with model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end ML solutions and analytics models.
• Derive use cases from structured and unstructured data.
• Provide LLM expertise and leverage retrieval augmented generation techniques.
• Build end-to-end model pipelines including development, tuning, deployment and monitoring (MLOps).

Job description

• Possess strong logical and analytical abilities in problem-solving and solution designing
• Use case derivation and solution creation from structured/unstructured data
• Provides LLM expertise to solve AI problems using state-of-the-art language models and off-the-shelf LLM services, such as OpenAI models. Along with knowledge around Retrieval augmented generation and relevant techniques to improve the performance & capabilities of LLMs
• Develop an end-to-end machine learning pipeline that includes model development, tuning, implementation, deployment, and MLOps
• An end-to-end model pipeline for transformer-based use cases which includes model development and fine-tuning.
• Work closely with business and product management teams to develop and implement analytics solutions.
• Communicate results to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the fields of AI
