Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking a Data Science Practitioner to formulate and deliver AI/ML based decision models that drive business outcomes. You will build, evaluate and refine models, leveraging Azure, Databricks and PySpark, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into analytics solutions.

This role requires continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of these solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical models is a key aspect of daily activities, along with refining and optimizing these models to enhance their performance and impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Document methodologies, processes, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Our product is heavy on Deep Learning, however lately we are also moving towards using LLMs to extract more feature information to improve quality of matching and leverage more data points for other purposes.

Stack I assume you know: Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Deep Learning, Pyspark

Senior and preferably even have experience in this domain

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis to extract actionable insights.
• Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and their application in predictive modeling.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
