Must have skills : Generative AI Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Data Science Practitioner, a typical day involves formulating, designing, and delivering artificial intelligence and machine learning based decision-making frameworks and models aimed at driving impactful business outcomes. The role requires continuous evaluation and measurement of the effectiveness and value of these solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical models is a key aspect, along with refining and optimizing models to maintain their relevance and accuracy over time. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation within the artificial intelligence domain.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced AI models to address complex business challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with broader organizational strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Strong expertise in designing and deploying machine learning models tailored to business needs.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools that support generative model development.
• Competence in optimizing AI models for scalability and performance in production environments.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
