You will design curriculum components, craft real‑world examples, support interview prep, and collaborate with the program team to ensure content quality aligned with industry practices. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

• Strong data science fundamentals, including statistics, probability, ML concepts, and data analysis.
• Practical programming in Python or R with data manipulation and modeling libraries.
• Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools and presenting insights.
• Familiarity with real‑world data workflows: cleaning, feature engineering, model eval, deployment.
• Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
• Relevant professional experience in data science or analytics; prior training experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Learner‑centric mindset and ability to collaborate with internal teams.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include delivering interactive sessions, clarifying doubts, reviewing assignments and projects, and providing personalized feedback to improve learners’ understanding and performance. The mentor will design and refine curriculum components, create examples and case studies, and support learners with interview preparation and career guidance. Collaboration with the program team to ensure content quality and alignment with current industry practices is expected. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong data science fundamentals, including statistics, probability, machine learning concepts, and data analysis techniques.
• Candidates should possess practical programming skills in languages commonly used in data science (such as Python or R), along with experience using libraries and tools for data manipulation and modeling.
• Candidates should possess hands‑on experience with data visualization tools or libraries and the ability to present insights clearly to learners with varying levels of experience.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with real‑world data workflows, including data cleaning, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment‑related concepts.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, structured manner.
• Relevant professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, and prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training will be highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields) is preferred.
• Candidates should possess a learner‑centric mindset, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously improve course quality.
