Withremote Solutions is seeking a Manager – Data, Analytics & AI in Pune to lead and deliver Data, Analytics and AI initiatives for enterprise clients. You will combine strong Azure data/analytics expertise with project delivery, team leadership and senior stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of total IT experience with hands-on Data Engineering, Analytics and Azure ecosystem.
• Azure Databricks 6–8 years hands-on experience.
• Power BI 6–8 years hands-on experience.
• Microsoft Fabric practical experience is required.
• Azure AI/ML experience required.
• 5+ years of Scrum/Agile project & delivery management experience.
• Team leadership experience with 10–15 team members.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for senior leaders.

About the Role

This role combines strong technical expertise in the Microsoft Azure data and analytics ecosystem, Databricks and Power BI with project delivery, team leadership and senior stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in data engineering and analytics, along with proven experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data, Analytics and AI projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and delivery.
• Manage 3–4 projects simultaneously across multiple clients.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into data, analytics and AI solutions.
• Define solution architecture, technical approaches and implementation roadmaps.
• Plan project scope, timelines, resources and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Lead and guide Data Engineering, Analytics and AI teams, typically comprising 10–15 members.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, analytics and automation to address business challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Overall Experience: 12–18 years of total IT experience, with substantial hands-on expertise in Data Engineering, Analytics/Reporting and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Azure Databricks: 6–8 years of hands-on experience.
• Power BI: 6–8 years of hands-on experience.
• Microsoft Fabric: Practical experience is required.
• Azure AI/ML: Experience working with Azure AI and Machine Learning technologies is required.
• Project & Delivery Management: 5+ years of experience managing projects and deliveries using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing teams of 10–15 members.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
• Generative AI: Understanding of Generative AI concepts, applications and business use cases. Hands-on GenAI solution development is not mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2) and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience identifying and driving opportunities for AI-led transformation and process automation.
