Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a senior professional for Talent & HR analytics with 12–18 years of experience. The role involves leading analytics-led HR projects, developing predictive models, and collaborating with offshore teams to deliver client solutions.

The candidate will work in a hybrid model with responsibilities spanning workforce forecasting, profiling, and analytics asset development to solve HR business problems for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on analytics experience with large datasets and surveys.
• Built advanced analytics models for HR problems.
• HR analytics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong descriptive and ML analytics experience; Python proficiency.

Experience Range: 12 to 18 years

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week from office)

Shift Timings: EMEA Shifts (between 12 pm - 10 pm)

Talent & HR analytics practice in Accenture provides analytical services to large number of Accenture clients across industries. Its analytical solution portfolio covers entire span of employee life cycle through offerings defined as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Workforce Engagement and Retention and Employee services.

The team in Talent & HR analytics provides analytical solutions like

• Talent demand forecast and workforce planning,
• High performer profiling,

Proficient in various statistical and machine learning techniques like forecasting, segmentation using different types of data, prediction modeling, structural equation modelling, random forest, SVM using Python, SAS, R, LISREL etc.

The team is a blend of domain experts, statisticians and programmers who are engaged with clients to solve HR business problems and also develop assets through innovation.

Core Competencies:

• Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases and survey data
• Should have worked on building advanced analytics statistical models
• HR Analytics experience (Good-to-have but Not Mandatory)
• Strong Analytics experience (descriptive and advanced – machine learning, forecasting) – 10+ years
• Proficient in Python
• 6-8 years of experience of leading multiple client engagement
