Medico Workforce is leveraging data science to strengthen the healthcare talent market in India. The role focuses on designing ML models, building scalable data pipelines, and creating KPI dashboards for clinical hiring decisions.

You will collaborate with product, HR, and clinical teams to translate business problems into measurable outcomes, applying NLP to resumes for smarter matching and ensuring reproducible experiments with version control and ML lifecycle tools.

Qualifications

• Must-have skills include Python, SQL, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Power BI, Tableau, Git, and MLflow as core tools.
• Strong foundation in data science with healthcare domain understanding.
• Hands-on experience building ML models and dashboards for business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning models to predict clinician hiring trends and skill-demand hotspots.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with product/HR to translate problems into KPI dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.
• Apply NLP to parse resumes and job descriptions for intelligent matching.
• Optimize model performance via feature engineering, tuning, and A/B tests.
• Document modeling approaches and maintain reproducible experiments with Git/MLflow.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning models to predict clinician hiring trends, attrition risk, and skill-demand hotspots across Indian healthcare markets.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms to ingest, clean, and transform heterogeneous healthcare workforce datasets.
• Collaborate with product and HR teams to translate business problems into data-driven KPIs and visual dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Apply NLP techniques to parse and categorize unstructured clinician resumes and job descriptions for intelligent matching and recommendation.
• Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and A/B testing of scoring logic.
• Document modeling approaches and maintain reproducible experiments using Git, MLflow, or similar version control frameworks.
