Job summary

Simpplr in India invites students from batches 2026/2027/2028 for an AI internship to apply data science and ML to production systems serving enterprise customers. You will contribute to search, personalization, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, and language model evaluation.

You will work on real-world projects spanning enterprise search, RAG pipelines, autonomous agentic AI systems, speech AI, and scalable ML infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience in production-ready AI

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in data science fundamentals and statistical methods.
• Practical experience with machine learning models and Python programming.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and large language models.
• Ability to take ownership of well-defined problems and ship solutions.
• Curiosity about how AI systems work in production settings.
• Comfortable learning new tools and frameworks on the job.

About the role:

• Contribute to AI initiatives spanning search, personalization, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, autonomous agents, and language model evaluation
• Participate in fine-tuning workflows and speech AI implementation
• Support the infrastructure that powers Simpplr's AI stack
