Job summary

upGrad is seeking an Instructor for its Offline Learning Centres in India. You will deliver in-person sessions in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning to students and professionals, mentor learners, and help them build career-ready skills.

You will collaborate with centre teams to monitor progress and update content to reflect industry trends. Qualified candidates have 2+ years teaching experience in DS/ML, strong Python and SQL skills, and a BE/B.Tech degree (postgraduate

• Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience in Data Science, ML or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python and understanding of SQL, Excel.
• Solid grasp of ML/DL concepts such as Regression, Trees, Neural Networks, NLP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person lectures and training sessions in Data Science, ML, DL.
• Guide learners through concepts, case studies, and projects.
• Collaborate with Centre Managers and academic teams to monitor learner progress.
• Support students with doubt-solving, mentorship, and building career-ready skills.

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Comfortable with both classroom delivery and online teaching (camera-facing).
• Education: BE/ B.Tech (minimum); Postgraduate preferred.
