Job summary

Pickl.AI, the education brand of TransOrg Analytics, seeks an experienced Data Science/Data Engineering Instructor to design and deliver training programs for partner institutions across PAN India. The role blends teaching with curriculum development, mentoring, and project-based assessment.

You will develop lesson plans, stay current with industry trends, and collaborate with other instructors to continuously improve programs. Travel across PAN India for engagements may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field with at least 2+ years of experience.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience (classroom/online) is a plus.
• Prior industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Candidates open to travel across PAN India for partner institution engagements as per project needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver data science and data engineering training programs to students at Pickl.AI partner institutions.
• Teach and mentor students on data analysis, machine learning, statistics, and data visualization.
• Develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in data science and integrate emerging trends into the curriculum.
• Incorporate hands-on projects and case studies into teaching.
• Provide guidance and feedback to students on assignments and projects.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to improve training programs.
• Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance instructional skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field with at least 2+ years of experience.
