Job summary

S2m Health Care in Chennai is seeking an experienced Data Science Engineer (AI/LLM) to design and fine-tune open-source LLMs and build RAG pipelines for healthcare applications.

You will work on agentic AI solutions, long-term memory for AI agents, HITL frameworks, and scalable enterprise-grade AI platforms while ensuring robust evaluation and governance. This role demands strong ML fundamentals and hands-on ML engineering experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Machine Learning/Software Engineering and 2+ years in LLM Fine-Tuning.
• Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs such as ClinicalBERT and Llama.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI solutions.
