DTCC is seeking a Data Scientist to analyze data, develop machine learning models, and generate insights that support business decisions. You will build dashboards and reports, perform data cleaning and feature engineering, and apply governance practices in an Agile setting.

DTCC is seeking a Data Scientist to analyze data, develop machine learning models, and generate insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, data visualization, and emerging Generative AI technologies.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

You will analyze data, build and evaluate machine learning models, create dashboards and reports, and communicate insights to support business decisions. You will apply data governance and responsible AI practices while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Build, train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models for business use cases.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights.
• Prepare and transform data through cleaning, feature engineering, and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Talents Needed For Success

• Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
• Strong knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Clustering).
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of AWS, Snowflake, and cloud analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLMs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
