Accion Labs in Mumbai is seeking a Data Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure data integrity across complex processing pipelines, testing data as it flows through transformations with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Production Support duties may include weekend rotations. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in data testing, experience with DataBricks and AWS Glue, strong SQL skills, ETL testing expertise, and solid technical documentation and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Testing or QA for data systems.
• Experience with DataBricks and AWS Glue; ability to run and troubleshoot DataBricks jobs.
• In-depth knowledge of ETL testing; able to design and execute data quality test cases.
• Experience writing SQL queries to validate data across transformations.
• Strong technical documentation skills; ability to document test plans and results clearly.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description:

The Data Quality Assurance Analyst will be tasked with the testing and validation of data associated with sophisticated data processing systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data as it undergoes transformation through different tools and layers. Additionally, he or she will be accountable for Production Support, which may involve Weekend Support on a rotational basis.

Experience / Skills Required:

• 6 years or more of experience in Data Testing.


• Must have technical skills:

  • Knowledgeable in running and troubleshooting AWS Glue and DataBricks Jobs.
  
  
  • Indepth knowledge of ETL Testing
  
  
  • Experience writing SQL Queries
