Job summary

Quanticate is a leading data-focused CRO delivering clinical trial data management solutions worldwide. You will join as a Data Process Associate in India to handle CRF data entry and verification, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across multiple projects.

You will gain experience in ICH/GCP standards, data handling, and collaboration with global cross-functional teams, while developing analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience or understanding of clinical data management basics.
• Familiarity with ICH Guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and verify clinical data from CRFs into study databases.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with database testing and documentation across multiple projects.
• Support User Access Management for EDC systems and maintain related docs.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to high-quality standards.
• Perform medical coding activities and other assigned tasks.

What You Will Do:

• Accurately enter and verify clinical data from Case Report Forms (CRFs) into study databases in accordance with established guidelines.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with database testing, documentation preparation, and clinical data processing across multiple projects.
• Support User Access Management for Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and maintain related documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of data management activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform medical coding activities and other assigned tasks to support successful study completion.

Education

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Clinical Data Management.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of ICH Guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), including regulatory requirements related to clinical development programs, data handling, and data processing.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
