Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Uttar Pradesh–Dadri is seeking a Data Privacy professional to conduct Privacy Impact Assessments, identify privacy risks, and ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA and related regulations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data protection throughout processes, develop and implement privacy policies, and monitor incidents with timely reporting. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• BTech/BE degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA and other privacy regulations.
• Familiarity with data mapping, data classification and risk assessment methods.
• Excellent communication to convey privacy concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.

4. Monitor and respond to data privacy incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
5. Stay up to date with evolving data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

1. BTech/BE degree required.
2. Proven experience in data privacy role with knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
3. Familiarity with data mapping, classification, and risk assessment methodologies.
4. Excellent communication skills to convey complex privacy concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Open to travel as required.
