• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform components with business objectives.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data platform integration and performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate platform processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
• Experience with data integration techniques and tools related to Managed File Transfer.
• Strong understanding of data flow orchestration and secure file transfer protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Managed File Transfer processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Familiarity with system interoperability and data exchange standards.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
