Job summary

Egon Zehnder in Gurgaon, at its Knowledge Centre India, is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional fluent in French and German to enrich and maintain candidate records. The role emphasizes accuracy, data privacy, and timely updates within our proprietary database.

You will work in shifts (7AM–4PM and 3PM–12AM) at the KCI office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate and classify information, support content like newsletters, and ensure high-quality talent insights for

Qualifications

• Graduate with exposure to data entry in BPO/KPO non-voice processes.
• Excellent French and German language skills required.
• Willing to work in shifts, including early and late hours.

Responsibilities

• Add / Update information in the German language into a proprietary database.
• Ensuring Quality of information entered in the data base is free from error.
• Coding: Classification of data under function, company, and position categories.
• Data Transfer: Transferring Confidential Candidate and Company information from documents in French into the data base.
• Interaction with Client: Communicate directly with client w.r.t queries (80% Written / 20% Verbal).
• Support broader firm initiatives, including translation and newsletters.

The CV Capture team plays a critical role in enriching and maintaining high-quality candidate records on database by leveraging trusted sources such as LinkedIn, Boardex, and CVs. Their core responsibility is to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and consistent, thereby supporting informed decision-making and delivering reliable talent insights. In addition to profiling executive candidates and validating key career data for global search mandates, the team upholds strict data privacy standards while handling sensitive information. They also contribute to broader firm initiatives, including language-specific tasks like document translation, managing the Qualification Check process, and supporting content creation such as Newsletters. Known for their attention to detail, adaptability, and strong stakeholder management, the team consistently delivers high-quality outputs within business timelines, enabling seamless collaboration across geographies and enhancing data-driven leadership advisory.

About The Team

Shift Timing: 7AM to 4PM in the morning and 3PM to 12AM in the evening.

Skills required.

• Excellent French Language skills (French to English and vice versa)
